1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Investor") and Global Fishers Investment ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, browsing the website, depositing funds, or accessing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accreditation
To access the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual commitments. You confirm that you are not a citizen, resident, or tax entity of any sanctioned or restricted territory under UN, EU, UK, or OFAC sanctions.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during the onboarding and identity verification processes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, two-factor authentication tokens, and private keys. The Company will never solicit your password or recovery codes under any circumstance.
4. Custody & Capital Deployment
Upon deposit confirmation, all assets are allocated into segregated custodial accounts. Capital is deployed according to the quantitative parameters specified in the selected Investment Tier. The Company does not guarantee specific yields; all published target rates are empirical projections derived from historical algorithmic models and market conditions.
5. Lock-in Periods, Liquidity & Withdrawals
Each investment tier specifies an initial minimum duration lock period (e.g. 30, 60, 90, or 120 days). During this period, capital is active in underlying execution strategies. Upon maturity of the holding window, capital and accrued yields become fully liquid and eligible for withdrawal subject to two-factor verification and compliance screening.
6. Fees & Administrative Costs
Global Fishers Investment maintains a transparent fee structure. Management and performance fees, where applicable, are calculated automatically and deducted prior to net yield distribution. Standard network gas fees or correspondent bank wire transfer fees charged by third-party intermediaries are borne by the investor.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanction evasion, automated scraping, denial of service attacks, or unauthorized penetration testing.
8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Fishers Investment and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from market volatility, regulatory actions, or network latency. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Courts of London.
