4. Data Retention & Cryptographic Security
All sensitive personal data and KYC records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored in physically secure, SOC2-certified cloud data centers. In accordance with international financial statutory requirements, KYC and transaction logs are retained for a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years following account termination.
